When you perform tasks on the Fastranker website, for example, when you like other’s photos, or share some links on your news feed.
When you (Likes, Follow, Share.. etc) other members’ profiles who used their purchased promo points or their golden points to place a task, you will earn Golden Points as a task price.

When you want others to like your photos, follow your account, you need to reward those who do that action.
So the reward will be via the POINTS system. Fastranker has two points type. Promo Point and Golden Point.
The Promo Points balance includes the following:
1 – Your purchased promo points.
2 – The Free promo points Fastranker gives you.
Fastranker gives you free promo points in several cases:
1- When you sign up for a new account You gain 300 free promo points.
2- When you perform a task that is added using free promo points.
3- When you perform more than 100 tasks per day you will gain 400 promo points for each 100 performed tasks.
You can use your promo point to promote your links, but you cannot convert them to PayPal credit.
When you (Likes, Follow, Share.. etc) other members’ profiles who used their preshased promo point or their golden points to place a task, you will earn Gold Points as a task price.
Fastranker will reward you for your work, you can exchange your Gold Points for PayPal cash or Voucher cards, whichever is available.

When you perform more than 100 tasks per day you will gain 400 promo points for each 100 performed tasks.
Unfortunately, we do support PayPal and Voucher cards, whichever is available.
Unfortunately, you can not update your PayPal email, once you add it is don. you can not update it nor delete it.
Due to some issues, YouTube doesn’t allow us to get an accurate number of subscribers for channels with more than 1000 followers. That’s why you won’t be able to add such channels.
Also, If your task channel has more than 1000 subscribers will be stopped automatically.
There was a problem with some Facebook post URLs in Facebook, so that’s why the admin blocking them.
The problem is that our system is not able to get any data from these links, so our users can’t get free points by liking/sharing these posts. We are working hard to solve this, but currently, there is no solution found.

Frankly speaking, there are several problems regarding the YouTube View section. For example, people view your video but YouTube does not count it or counts but with a little bit of delay. We are trying to find a solution to this problem as soon as possible.
It is impossible to know exactly how many and how quickly you will receive Likes from our service.
Changing the cost of each click will affect the number of new followers you will get with each click to your account. The higher you make CPC the faster you receive likes.
Manipulating our system with bots or other methods is strictly forbidden, and is a serious violation of the rules of Fastranker. We have several security measures in place to detect such abuse, and will permanently ban anyone who uses automated technology to game
Because there are a lot of users on the site, there are no links for you to like/follow at the moment. You need to refresh the page again after a few minutes.
The matter is that currently, the rates of campaigns are too high, therefore there are plenty of links with the highest CPCs: 8,9,10. That is the reason you will receive clicks not as fast as before. In this case, we recommend you increase CPC for your links.
You can submit in our system only Ask.fm answer URLs and receive likes for them. There is not an option for getting Ask.fm followers for the profiles yet.
Your post is rejected because the ”like” button is not visible. For making it visible, please go here https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=followers and allow people who are not your friends to follow your posts by choosing ”Everybody” instead of ”Friends”.
The website was blocked because users don’t receive points when they share the site via Facebook. It seems that your link has some problems.
In the ”Slow down” message everything is explained clearly. So, if you don’t use any kind of bot, you have nothing to be worried about. Just try to do your activity a little bit slowly in order to prevent those warning messages.
Sorry, we cannot say what must you do in order to make the ”like” button of your post visible, because we don’t know what you have changed in the settings to make it invisible.
The problem is that once you have made your account private and that photo/video was added when the account was not public.
Now, even when the Instagram account is public, you may come across this difficulty. We are trying to solve that problem as soon as possible.
You need to go to https://www.youtube.com/account_channel_advanced and select “Display the number of people subscribed to my channel” under “Subscriber Counts” see screenshot
You should wait for 3-5 seconds before closing the popup window in order to get points.
If you are receiving an error message when trying to add any link or when trying to get free points on Fastranker, then try to search for the answer here. First of all, thank you for your payment and for choosing Fastranker. The matter is that some of the payment systems usually check the payment and that is the reason you may receive your points in a little bit delay. If you haven’t received your purchased promo points for a long time, please send us all detailed information about your payment transaction by submitting a ticket to support@fastranker.com.

Your Facebook profile will not work in our system because you have hidden the ”follow” button. You have to turn your subscriptions on and make your followers list visible.
Your Instagram account will not work in our system because it is private. You have to make it public.
You can’t add a link that was added to the blocked Fastranker list we never transfer any link.
If You have violated our terms then you are not allowed to use our service.
If you select a specific country for your campaign but receive clicks from another country as well, it means that the users are registered from the country you have selected, but they log in from another country at that moment or use VPN/dynamic IPs.
In these cases, Fastranker cannot do anything, but we are intensively blocking accounts that using VPN/Proxy services.
If your balance went to minus, it means that your existing points were not enough for your active campaigns and the system gave you ”credit”. In order to make your balance positive again, you should earn free promo points.
